WHAT IS COVERED

• Structural Integrity: We now proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on the structural integrity of all Predator Offroad rack systems. This ensures your rack’s core construction remains free from defects and functional issues for as long as you own it.
• Powder Coating: We offer a warranty for a period of 1 year on the powder coating of the rack system. This warranty covers the durability and performance of the powder coating finish on the rack system.
  

   

• Please note that our warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser for as long as they own the product. It becomes void when the product is sold or transferred to another individual. To maintain warranty eligibility, it is essential to follow our recommended fitment and installation procedures as outlined by Predator Offroad. Any alterations, customizations, or modifications to the original product design, functionality, or use—whether by the customer or by Predator Offroad—will result in the forfeiture of warranty coverage. The determination of warranty eligibility is solely at the discretion of Predator Offroad.

• Additionally, for products purchased through the Predator Offroad website or store location that complement our product line, we will honor ALL ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS’ WARRANTIES.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION (REQUIRED FOR LIFETIME COVERAGE)

To activate your Lifetime Warranty, all Predator Offroad roof racks must be registered within 30 days of purchase.

Please complete our Warranty Registration Form, which requires the following:
• Full Name
• Contact Details (Email & Phone Number)
• Name of Reseller / Point of Purchase
• Invoice Number

Once your registration has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your Lifetime Warranty status.

WHAT ISN’T COVERED

• Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, Predator Offroad will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labor. In addition Predator Offroad may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new Predator Offroad product.

• No warranty is given for defects caused by normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, or modification of, or any types of repair of, a Predator Offroad manufactured product.

• No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond Predator Offroad’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, neglect, overloading, improperly maintained or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with Predator Offroad’s instructions or guidelines implied use made available to the purchaser.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

• Repair or replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by Predator Offroad) is a purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty. Damage to a purchaser’s vehicle, cargo, and/or to any other person or property is excluded. 

WARRANTY CLAIM SUBMISSION PROCESS

• Warranty submissions must be submitted via email at info@predatoroffroad.co.za Please state the reason for the submission, who the seller was as well as your invoice number.

Lead Time if no Stock

• If an item is out of stock, our lead time is 7 working days, depending on the intensity of Load Shedding. Please contact our sales team to confirm stock availability.
• If an item needs to be manufactured on order, a 70% deposit is required on placement of orders, with the
  balance due before collection/courier. No orders will be released without full payment reflecting in our bank
  account. Manufacturing will only commence after the deposit is received.
• We make every effort to ensure prompt product delivery. The estimated date indicated on your order is simply that—an estimate. It does not serve as a guaranteed shipping date but rather offers an approximation of the expected duration for the manufacturing process. While, in the best scenarios, lead times can be shorter, in certain instances, they may extend, contingent upon the product type and the production batch size. You are welcome to inquire about the status of your order at any time. Please note that our customer service team may not be able to provide you with an exact completion date. Nevertheless, rest assured that we are closely monitoring your order, and it will be produced in the sequence it was received.

Business Registration:
To qualify as a Predator Offroad dealer, your company must be a registered business entity.

Fitment Center:
As an authorized dealer, your business must operate as a fitment center, equipped to install and provide support for Predator Offroad rack systems.

Sales Requirement:
To maintain your status as a Predator Offroad dealer, you are required to sell a minimum of one rack system per month.

Social Media Marketing:
Dealers are expected to actively engage in marketing and promotional activities on social media platforms. This includes showcasing Predator Offroad products, promotions, and relevant content to reach a broader audience.

To become an Ambassador for Predator Offroad, interested individuals should meet the following criteria:

Minimum Follower Count:
Prospective Ambassadors are required to have a minimum of 6,500 followers on Instagram or any other relevant platform.

Views and Engagement:
We will also consider the average number of views, likes and comments on their current posts and reels. This additional aspect reflects our interest in not only the size of your following but also the level of engagement and reach your content achieves.

Niche Alignment:
Ambassadors should have a strong presence in the 4WD, travel, and offroading community, aligning with the core values and interests of Predator Offroad.

Content and Consistency:
A mutually agreed-upon arrangement will be established regarding the consistency and content of Ambassador posts and the compensation structure. This arrangement will serve as the foundation for the collaboration.

Compliance and Compensation:
It is essential that Ambassadors adhere to the terms of the arrangement, which includes content consistency and other mutually agreed-upon guidelines. In the event that the Ambassador fails to comply with the terms of the agreement, a discussion will take place regarding compensation, which may need to be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

• Predator Offroad relies on local courier companies for the delivery of our products throughout South Africa. While our preferred courier company is currently the Courier Guy, we reserve the right to make adjustments based on various factors, including courier availability, costs, quality of service, and delivery timeliness.

  Once your product is securely packaged and handed over to the chosen courier, we will promptly provide you with the tracking code, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time. This ensures transparency and enables you to stay informed about the status of your order.
